Job summary

Avante Care & Support is seeking a friendly and organised Care Home Administrator at Barnes Lodge, Tonbridge Wells. This role supports day-to-day administration, payroll and records to keep the home running smoothly.

You will assist staff and residents, manage documents, and contribute to a supportive care home community while ensuring confidentiality and safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration is a bonus.
• Administrative experience is helpful for the role.
• Good computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle staff payroll and personnel records.
• Maintain financial records of income, expenses and budgets.
• Coordinate supplies and deliveries for the home.
• Assist with new resident admissions and paperwork.
• Support team induction and staff training.
• Ensure health, safety and confidentiality compliance.
