Balhousie Care Group is seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to plan, coordinate and deliver a dynamic leisure and wellness programme within our care home. You will spend time getting to know residents and tailor activities to support personal wellbeing and meaningful engagement.

The role suits someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about the people we support, is well-organised with leadership qualities, and communicates clearly.

Qualifications

• Must be genuinely enthusiastic about the people we support.

• Clear communication skills and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver the home’s leisure and wellness programme.
• Tailor activities to residents to deliver person-centred care.
• Get to know residents to tailor activities and leisure pursuits.
• Lead efforts to ensure a wide range of activities is available to improve wellbeing.
