Job summary

Agincare’s Victory Care Home is seeking an Activities Coordinator on a maternity cover to bring energy, creativity and fun to resident life. You will plan engaging activities, organise events, arrange visits from entertainers, and lead outings to support movement and independence.

The role requires a warm, bubbly personality, the ability to work with residents and a team, and understanding of dementia care. 30 hours per week up to March 2027 in a dementia care setting.

Qualifications

• You’ll organise activities and think of new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Plan engaging activities, games, quizzes, crafts & one-to-one moments.
• Organise events like BBQs and Christmas parties.
• Arrange visits from entertainers & local businesses.
• Lead social outings and in-home activities for all abilities.
