Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking passionate Care Assistants to join our growing care team. This dual role combines Personal Care and Domestic Services across our developments, working with House Managers and the Registered Care Manager to deliver bespoke care and lifestyle services.

You will support homeowners with daily activities, maintain communal areas, and assist with social activities and appointments. A valid full UK driving license and access to your own car are essential to travel between

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but full training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel between developments and work on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas and provide domestic support such as cleaning and shopping.
• Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments.
• Travel between developments using own car; rota includes early mornings, evenings, weekends; driving license required.
