Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Coordinator for the New Milton Branch to organize and manage client schedules and carer allocations. You will connect carers with clients, assist in starting new care packages, and plan rotas to maintain continuity of care.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience (or Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care), holds a full UK

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience, or minimum level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care services and client schedules.
• Match carers with clients to meet individual needs.
• Support the setup of new care packages.
• Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Record staff availability and absences.
• Participate in the on-call rota when required.
• Willingness to cover the on-call phone with additional pay.
