Care Santé Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our Nottingham home care team. This role supports both the care team and clients, requiring clear communication, strong organisation, and teamwork to ensure high-quality care and smooth service delivery.

The role involves planning rotas, coordinating care calls, supervising staff, and contributing to recruitment and training. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, with on-call duties included.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule care calls, create efficient rotas.
• Carry out care assessments and regular client reviews.
• Supervise and support care staff, including supervisions and competency checks.
• Assist with recruitment, including interviews.
• Support with medication processes, including MAR chart audits.
• Complete ECM system reconciliations.
• Be a key contact for client queries and concerns.
• Support training material development and training delivery.
