SeeMe Hired Ltd in Rochdale is seeking a highly organised Care Coordinator to join our Home care branch. The role focuses on matching customers and carers, coordinating daily schedules, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.

You will support the care team and service users, oversee recruitment, and help manage care packages while maintaining regulatory compliance. Local area knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Coordinator or similar role in domiciliary care.
• Strong understanding of care sector regulations and best practice.
• Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident IT skills, including use of care management systems.
• Knowledge of the Rochdale area or being locally based.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, compassionate approach and commitment to high standards of care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily care schedules, ensuring timely support.
• Build and maintain relationships with service users, families, and external professionals.
• Oversee recruitment for care workers, including shortlisting and onboarding.
• Support the Registered Manager with allocation of care packages and staff deployment.
• Manage rotas to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care.
• Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in the on-call rota outside normal hours.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in line with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to staff training, development, and supervision.
• Support quality assurance and compliance with CQC regulations.
