Formación

• Experience in domiciliary care and care coordination is desirable.
• No two days are the same in this role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills required.

• Coordinating care packages and supporting care workers.
• Managing rotas and ensuring shifts are safely covered.
• Matching carers with client needs.
