Responsibilities:
  • Creating and managing staff rotas, covering all care visits, and managing last-minute changes due to sickness or absence.
  • Conducting staff supervisions, appraisals, and spot checks to ensure high-quality care.
  • Performing care reviews and client courtesy calls to assess satisfaction and make adjustments.
  • Overseeing staff training and e-learning, ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements.
  • Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and company policies, and addressing concerns or complaints.
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals, social workers, and families to coordinate care.
Requirements:
