An opportunity exists within Apollo Home Healthcare as a care manager, overseeing the planning and delivery of care packages. This role is key in ensuring high-quality service to clients, necessitating strong organizational skills and effective communication. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and excel in managing care in a fast-paced environment.
In this pivotal role, youll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and ongoing management of care packages, ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued clients.
You will be based at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office in St Helens, but at times, travel across the Merseyside region will be required.

Salary:£26,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus bonus & on-call payment
Shifts:Full-time | Monday to Friday
