Role

We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will manage the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring Care Workers are matched to Clients based on their care needs and proximity where possible.

Requirements

• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
• Registered with the SSSC
• Typically 2 years of experience as a care coordinator in a Domiciliary Care Agency
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance
• Experience in conducting care assessments and reviews, motivating staff
• Organised, detail-oriented, flexible with schedules, and a team player
