Archer Resourcing have an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join the team in Falkirk!

As a Care Coordinator you will be working to support individuals, as well as ensuring that Care Workers are matched to suitable clients based on the level and type of care that they need. The team in Falkirk are looking for a hard-working team player that will help to provide the best possible service for clients.

Responsibilities include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Ensuring that Care Worker rotas are organised, correctly matched to Clients' needs and well-planned
  • Providing an insight into developing, implementing, and executing a successful Operational practice across the Care side of the business
  • Resourcing for new care packages and building on existing packages
  • Improving and maintaining the continuity of care for new and existing care packages
  • Maintaining clear, accurate, appropriate, and up-to-date digital records for all Clients and Care Workers within your area
  • Resolving customer queries in a timely manner within your area to maintain a positive Company reputation
  • Ensuring all operations are Company and CQC/CI/CIW Compliant
  • Helping to develop the company's Care Worker Community
  • Arranging training and performance appraisals as and when required
  • Contributing to the growth and service expansion targets set by the business

Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF level 3 in Care.
  • 1+ years’ experience working as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency
  • Knowledge of CQC compliance
  • Experience in conducting care assessments, care reviews and being able to motivate care staff
  • Being flexible around working schedules, roles, and responsibility as it is a fast growing start up environment
