Job summary

Nurseplus Care at Home is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join the Dover team. You will coordinate care packages, manage staff rotas and ensure safe, high-quality home care for clients in the local area.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while prioritising multiple visits. Full-time, office-based role with training and progression opportunities.

Care Coordinator – Care at Home

We are now looking for a dedicated and organised Care Coordinator to join our Dover team and support the smooth delivery of care services across the local area.

The Role

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care packages and managing staff rotas to ensure our clients receive safe, effective, and high-quality care. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
