Care Coordinator - North Coventry/Bedworth - Domiciliary Care (Part-Time)

Location: North Coventry/Bedworth

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (~16 hours/week to start)

Driving Required: Yes (must hold UK driving licence & business insurance)

About the Opportunity

Are you a reliable, organised Care Coordinator or an experienced Senior Carer ready to step into an office-based coordination role?

We’re working on behalf of a high-quality domiciliary care service in the Coventry North & Bedworth area, seeking a part-time Care Coordinator to join their close-knit team. You’ll support the day-to-day delivery of care, assist with recruitment and office tasks, and step in to cover emergency calls when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or confident Senior Carer in home care
• Must drive and hold (or be willing to obtain) UK business insurance
• Located within 30 minutes of CV6 postcode area (Coventry North)
• Strong communicator - able to liaise with clients, care staff, and families
• Calm, organised and proactive - able to prioritise and multi-task under pressure
• Willingness to help cover care calls on short notice if required
