Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a committed Care Co-ordinator in Diss, Norfolk. You will support clients at home or in residential settings, ensuring dignity and quality of care in a person-centred service.

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and at least 2 years’ care experience with vulnerable individuals. A proactive, team-focused approach and strong time management are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a care setting with vulnerable individuals.
• Willingness to undertake NVQ or additional training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dignity and standards of service users and their homes.
• Work as part of an efficient team for smooth service operations.
• Attend training, meetings and supervision for ongoing development.
• Comply with Home Care Services Health & Safety policies.
• Represent Care Services professionally at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding service users.
• Support service users’ independence, rights and choices.
• Ensure rotas are completed and available to staff.
• Train and supervise staff to administer and manage medication safely.
• Meet with service users to ensure care meets their needs per plan.
