Job summary

Kingsley Home Care Services in Sudbury, Suffolk, is seeking a dedicated Care Co-ordinator to support clients living at home with person-centred care and a focus on dignity and independence.

The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and around 2 years of care experience. This permanent full-time position runs 9am–5pm, with training, DBS, uniform, travel time, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care required.
• 2 years' experience in a care setting with vulnerable individuals preferred.
• Empathy, understanding and ability to meet service users' needs.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dignity and standards of service users and their homes.
• Work as part of an efficient team to ensure smooth running of the service.
• Attend and contribute to training, meetings and supervisions for ongoing development.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Represent Kingsley Home Care Services professionally and positively.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all issues and information relating to service users.
• Support service users' personal development regarding independence, rights and choices.
• Ensure rotas are completed and available to staff in a timely manner.
• Train and assess staff to administer and manage medications safely.
• Meet with service users to ensure care meets individual plans.
