Job summary

Fittleworth Medical, a leading home delivery provider for stoma, urology, and continence products, is seeking a capable hub manager to lead a small team at our Care Centre Hub in the UK. Your role focuses on keeping stocking, ordering, picking, packing and delivering processes running smoothly while ensuring high standards of service.

You will manage day-to-day people issues, mentor staff, and work closely with other departments to maintain excellent customer service and NHS-compliant

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supporting a team (2+ people).
• Warehouse, logistics or supply chain background is helpful but not essential.
• Confident communicator across face to face, phone and writing.
• Well organized with attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Proactive, can-do attitude, able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable using computers and systems to manage stock or track performance.
• Ability to read basic reports and use data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small team, including regular 1-to-1s, reviews and training.
• Hands-on management in day-to-day picking, packing, stock sorting and timely dispatch.
• Handle day-to-day people management with HR support.
• Oversee picking, packing and dispatch of orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage stock levels, ordering supplies and regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure service meets standards (NHS and company).
• Attend meetings and training to stay aligned with the wider team.
