Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional care in Watford. You will guide and inspire your local team, uphold high quality standards and ensure every customer receives safe, personalised support they can rely on.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities and partners, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Operations, People and Quality to drive branch growth with heart.

• Lead the branch with warmth and clarity to create a high-performing team.
• Ensure customers receive outstanding care across visits, respite, and Live-in services.
• Maintain full regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations, People, Quality, Finance and Marketing.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify efficiency gains.
• Support Area Care Manager by sharing best practice and embedding excellence.
