NHS Highland is recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join the Care at Home Team in Caithness. The role provides comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operation of the busy office and assisting with governance, referrals, and service user communications.

Working 36 hours per week, Band 2 salary £26,696 to £28,988 pro rata. You will be a first point of contact by phone and email, maintain records, coordinate care scheduling, and support audits while upholding data protection

Qualificações

• Motivated and organised Administrative Assistant.
• Experience in administrative support and data handling.
• Ability to manage confidential information in line with Data Protection and NHS policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Care at Home Team.
• Act as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in accordance with NHS Highland policies.
• Process referrals and manage incoming correspondence.
• Support scheduling and coordination of care services.
• Prepare, collate, and distribute documentation, reports, and meeting papers.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Support the completion and recording of audits required for governance and Care Inspectorate compliance.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.
• Order office supplies and support general office administration.
• Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times in line with Data Protection and NHS policies.
