Care Outlook Community in Billinghurst is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide personal care and build meaningful relationships with elderly residents in Extra Care Housing. You will play a key role in improving quality of life and gain job satisfaction.

Shifts available: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, with alternate weekends; roles support daily living, with funded training and pension; hourly rate £12.71, full-time and part-time positions offered.

Qualifications

• Providing personal care including washing and dressing.
• Observing, monitoring and recording care and wellbeing.
• Flexible shifts with weekends and full/part-time options.

Responsabilités

• Support clients with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Assist with light housekeeping and documentation.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.

As a healthcare assistant, you will be providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

Examples of the client's needs you will be supporting with as a carer:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and record keeping.
