Job summary

Bluebird Care is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to support customers in their own homes. You will work independently or with a supportive team to deliver compassionate daily living assistance and maintain independence.

You will provide personal care, help with meals, assist with medications, light housework, and be a friendly, reliable presence for clients. Alternate weekends and a valid UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Alternate weekend availability required.
• Full UK driving licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship or visa transfer.

• Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prepping, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
• Alternate weekend availability
• Full Driving Licence & your own reliable vehicle
• To be able to commit to working alternate weekends
