Job summary

Brunelcare in Bristol is seeking caring staff to join the team on a zero-hour contract with day and night shifts. You will help provide a homely environment for residents and maintain a kind, compassionate approach daily.

No prior care experience required, but strong communication and teamwork are valued. The role offers pay rates of £13.11–£13.48 per hour, plus benefits including 30 days annual leave pro-rata, DBS check, and Cycle to Work Scheme.

• Experience in care would be helpful; however, excellent communication skills, the ability to be kind and caring towards individuals who require support, teamwork, and passion for improving people's lives are what we are looking for.
