Job summary

Right at Home UK in Aylesbury is seeking Care Assistants for weekend shifts (7am–10pm). We provide minimum one-hour visits to allow real connection with clients and high-quality care. You will receive £14.90–£15.40 per hour plus 40p mileage, with flexible shifts and paid, high-quality training.

Qualifications

• A kind, caring, and reliable nature is essential.
• Full UK or EU/EEA driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care in a respectful, dignified way.
• Assist with daily routines like washing, dressing, and meals.
• Administer medications as required and directed by care plans.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with shopping, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings.
