Right at Home Maidenhead is seeking caring individuals to join our team, delivering compassionate home care to clients in their own homes. Shifts run from early morning to evening with alternate weekends, and roles can be part-time or full-time.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication, be comfortable with travel, and possess their own car insured for work use. We offer guaranteed hours, bonus opportunities, and dedicated care training.
Along with excellent rates of pay from £15.08 to £15.90 per hour weekdays, weekends £16.53 per hour and 40p per mile allowance. Double pay on bank holiday £31.80 per hour.

We are looking for a caring, passionate individual to join our team on a part-time or full time basis, working various mixed shifts from 7am to 10pm including alternate weekends, to provide care to our customers within their own homes.
Duties will include:
Washing and bathing
Toileting and commode use
Domestic chores
Food preparation and cooking
Companionship
Giving medication
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. The role will require flexibility to travel so candidates must have their own car they can insure for work use.
No experience needed as we offer a skills assessment programme to assist you with this role.
