No prior experience required as a thorough induction and training programme is provided. You will communicate effectively with residents and visitors, showing respect, compassion and professionalism at all times.

• Deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring dignity and independence for residents.
• Recognise and respond to clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate as needed.
