• Deliver high standards of personal care and maintain continuity of services for residents.

• Identify and report clinical risks (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) promptly.
• Interact courteously with residents and visitors, upholding dignity of each resident.
• Follow safe systems of work across all tasks.
