Aufgaben

• As a Care Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting residents with their daily care needs, ensuring they remain comfortable, dignified, and happy.
• Your duties will include: Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and preparing for bed; Promoting independence whilst offering reassurance and support when needed; Assisting residents with physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing; Monitoring and supporting residents with mobility needs or cognitive impairments; Answering nurse call bells and responding promptly to resident requests; Completing resident checks and reporting any concerns to senior staff; Maintaining accurate care records and daily documentation; Encouraging conversation, companionship, and meaningful engagement; Welcoming visitors and assisting relatives when required; Helping maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living environments; Assisting with continence care and other daily living activities; Supporting residents receiving end-of-life care with compassion and dignity.
