Job summary

Kensa Health Ltd is recruiting care workers to support clients in their own homes in Totnes and surrounding areas. Roles are available on full-time or part-time basis with shifts across mornings and evenings.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel between clients, and training is provided from day one. Paid travel time, mileage at 45p per mile, and enhanced pay on holidays are some of the benefits.

• Applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Shifts are 8AM-2PM £12.71 | 4PM-10PM £12.88 | 45p per mile | Paid travel time, not just contact time.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll support clients in their own homes with tasks such as:

• Personal care
• medication administration or reminders
• Preparing meals and light household help
• Providing companionship and reassurance
  
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence
• Recording accurate care notes and reporting any concerns

You’ll visit clients in Totness and surrounding areas such as Ashprington, so a driving licence and vehicle are required.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Pay & Benefits

• 8AM–2PM shifts – £12.71 per hour | 4PM–10PM shifts – £12.88 per hour
• 45p per mile (higher than many local providers)
