Job summary

Kensa Health Ltd in Torquay is seeking care staff to assist clients in their own homes with personal care, meals and daily tasks. Training and ongoing support are provided from day one, and there is no prior care experience required.

You'll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and shifts may include early and late slots. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible hours.

Shifts are 8AM-2PM £12.71 | 4PM-10PM £12.88 | 45p per mile (higher than many local providers) | Paid travel time, not just contact time.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be aged 18 or over.

What you'll be doing

You'll support clients in their own homes with tasks such as:

• Personal care
• medication administration or reminders
• Preparing meals and light household help
• Providing companionship and reassurance
  
• Supporting clients to maintain their independence
• Recording accurate care notes and reporting any concerns

Pay & Benefits

• 8AM-2PM shifts -£12.71 per hour |4PM-10PM shifts -£12.88 per hour
