What We Need from You:

1. Six months of recent UK care experience (In residential care, support work, or similar settings).
2. A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.
3. Reliability, empathy, and a caring nature - we're looking for people who will go the extra mile for those they support.
4. A willingness to undertake personal care tasks, including bathing and toileting.
5. Comfort and confidence working independently or as part of a team.
6. The ability to be flexible to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
7. You must have the right to work in the UK and be responsible for your own transport arrangements.
