Position Overview

We are currently seeking full-time, permanent Care Assistants to join a well-established care home in Swindon. This care home in Newport is a 45-bed luxury facility specializing in elderly and dementia care, rated 'Good' by CQC in all areas.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic, and compassionate Care Assistants who are open to progression and becoming part of our family within the care home. Note: NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

Details/Requirements for Care Assistant Role

1. Full-time hours – 24, 36, 42, or 48 hours per week
2. Pay rate: £12.50 to £13.50 per hour
3. NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
4. 12-hour shifts (8am – 8pm / 8pm – 8am)
5. Alternate weekends
6. Experience in a care home setting preferred

Responsibilities

1. Motivating residents to engage and enjoy their day
2. Providing personal care

4. Assisting residents with washing and dressing
5. Participating in daytime activities with residents
