Job summary

Bluebird Care Redbridge is hiring Care Assistants to support clients in Redbridge and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality care at home, helping with daily living and promoting independence.

You must own a car and have a full driving licence. We offer competitive hourly rates (£15.50–£19.75), paid mileage, flexible shifts 7am–10pm, 28 days annual leave, induction and ongoing training, DBS reimbursement, and a supportive team.

• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial whether professionally or personally, but not a necessity as full training will be provided
