Job summary

Cera is hiring a Care Assistant to support people recently from hospital across Portsmouth, Havant and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate daily care in home settings, helping with personal tasks, mobility and recovery, while delivering dignity and safety.

This role offers a variety of shifts, a £250 joining bonus*, DBS check provided, and full training. You must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle to travel between visits; equal opportunities employer.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience and Health & Social Care NVQ or willingness to work towards one.

Responsibilities

• Support people who recently left hospital to recover at home.
• Provide compassionate personal care and help with daily activities.
• Assist in mobility and ensuring safety and dignity during visits.
