Job summary

Cera Care in Fife is seeking a Community Care Assistant (Reablement) to support people recently discharged from hospital with personal care, meals, and medication in their own homes. You will help clients regain independence and live safely at home.

Role covers Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, St Andrews, Newport-on-Tay and surrounding areas. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; shifts include days, evenings and nights, with some weekends.

The Role:

The service is a Fife wide service and covers Dunfermline, Kirkaldy, St Andrews, Newport-on-Tay, Auchtermuchty and everywhere in between, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Registration:

In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
