Cera Care Ltd is looking for a Community Carer (Reablement) to help people recover at home across Fife, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, St Andrews and surrounding areas. You’ll support personal care, meals and meds, visiting clients in their own homes, with flexible shifts and UK driving access essential.
We provide DBS, a company mobile, uniform, pension, and clear career pathways. Training is offered to help you excel as a professional carer with formal SVQ2 progression.
Do Work That Matters. Join Cera as a community carer in Fife.
Join our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier, and healthier lives in their own homes. In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. The Care Assistant (Reablement) role is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.
Whether you already have experience as a care assistant, have cared for a loved one, or simply enjoy supporting others, your compassion is exactly what we need. We provide all the training you need to excel as a professional carer.
The service is a Fife wide service and covers Dunfermline, Kirkaldy, St Andrews, Newport-on-Tay, Auchtermuchty and everywhere in between, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.
With flexible shifts available across mornings, days, evenings and nights, plus every other weekend off, we aim to support a positive work life balance.
In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
