Cera Care in Scotland is seeking a Community Carer (Reablement) to support people recently discharged from hospital at home. You will assist with personal care, meals and medications, visiting clients across Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, St Andrews, Newport-on-Tay, Auchtermuchty and surrounding areas.

The Care Assistant (Reablement) role is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

The service is a Fife wide service and covers Dunfermline, Kirkaldy, St Andrews, Newport-on-Tay, Auchtermuchty and everywhere in between, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
