Job summary

Cera Care in Scotland is seeking community carers to help clients live independently at home across Musselburgh, Prestonpans, Tranent and nearby areas. This role is flexible and community-based, providing personal care, meals and medication support in clients’ homes.

No prior experience is required—driving licence is preferred for travel between visits. You’ll gain SVQ2 development through our pathways, with enhanced holiday pay and pension, supported by our tech-driven care platform that

The Role: Supporting clients in Musselburgh, Prestonpans, Tranent, Port Seton, North Berwick, Gullane and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

Registration: In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
