Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts at Foxcrest Hills in Coalville, a home under construction opening January 2027. You will provide compassionate, personal care, assist with meals and support residents both physically and emotionally, while maintaining high standards of safety and confidentiality.

The position follows a rotating three-night on, three-night off schedule with a permanent full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and support to residents.
• Excellent communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a care environment.

Responsabilités

• To understand and comply with Health & Safety, COSHH and Health & Social Care Act requirements to maintain a safe environment.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a senior on duty and maintain records.
• Respect confidentiality of residents' personal information at all times.
• Encourage residents to participate in leisure activities and provide social interaction.
• Make and change beds, tidy rooms and undertake light cleaning as required.
• Be an active member of the care team, contribute to meetings and support new staff.
• Undertake other tasks as deemed appropriate by the General Manager.
