Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is opening Foxcrest Hills in Coalville, due to open in January 2027, and seeks a Care Assistant (Days) to join the team. You will deliver personal and emotional support to residents on a daily basis and help with meals and social activities.

Work is on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three off, with a Full Time Days schedule and a pay rate of £13.26 per hour. Induction training, DBS checks, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is beneficial.
