Job summary

Archard Talent is recruiting for a Part-time Care Assistant / Support Worker / Personal Assistant in the Crawley & Surrounding Areas. The role offers from £14.01 per hour with enhanced weekend and night rates, plus 28 days of paid annual leave, private healthcare and flexible rotas.

You will support young adults with neurological conditions, learning disabilities and complex needs in the community, delivering person-centred care and helping people live the life they choose.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care, support work, healthcare or a related role.
• Compassionate and patient approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport.
• Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
