Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a committed Care Assistant to support clients at home in Crawley. You will deliver one-to-one care, ensuring clinical needs are met while building trusting relationships with young adults and adults with complex needs.

The role offers Waking Nights and Day Shifts, with potential additional flexible shifts. We value compassionate, reliable carers and provide ongoing training and support from nurses and care supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
• Full Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK driving license not essential, but preferred.
• Females only due to client preference.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care at clients' homes.
• Follow the client's care plan under Nurse Manager supervision.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, seizure management and PEG feeding.

About the Role

You’ll provide one‑to‑one support, helping our clients live well at home while ensuring their clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Seizure management
• PEG feeding
• Manual handling
• Administering medication

This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with young adults who have complex needs.

Shifts

• Waking Nights, 20:00 – 08:00
• Day Shifts, 08:00 – 20:00

Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working.
