Home Instead is seeking a Morning Care Assistant to support older adults at home across Pewsey, Marlborough and Devizes. You’ll help clients start their day with confidence, deliver person-centered care, and build trusted relationships during daily home visits.
No prior experience is required—full training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Part-time morning shifts run 7:00 AM–2:00 PM with alternate weekends, and you may travel between client homes using your own vehicle.

As a Morning Care Assistant, you will help our clients start their day with confidence and comfort. You’ll build meaningful, lasting relationships with regular clients and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in their homes.
Your morning responsibilities will include:
Assisting with morning routines and personal care
Preparing nutritious breakfasts and assisting with medication
Providing companionship, warm conversation, and reassurance
Supporting clients with morning appointments, errands, or pet care
Hours: Part-time morning shifts available between 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pattern: Alternate weekends required (with a mid-week day off in lieu)
Confidence from Day One: Paid client introductions are provided so you feel fully supported and familiar with your regular clients before starting independent visits.
Travel Benefits: Paid travel time, paid waiting time, plus a 45p per mile allowance
