Job summary

Home Instead is seeking a Morning Care Assistant to support older adults at home across Pewsey, Marlborough and Devizes. You’ll help clients start their day with confidence, deliver person-centered care, and build trusted relationships during daily home visits.

No prior experience is required—full training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Part-time morning shifts run 7:00 AM–2:00 PM with alternate weekends, and you may travel between client homes using your own vehicle.

• Availability to work morning shifts starting from 7:00 AM, including alternate weekends.
• Access to reliable transport to travel between client homes across Pewsey, Marlborough, and Devizes.
• Full training and ongoing mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with morning routines and personal care.
• Preparing nutritious breakfasts and assisting with medication.
• Providing companionship, warm conversation, and reassurance.
• Supporting clients with morning appointments, errands, or pet care.
