Job summary

South Coast Nursing Homes is seeking a Care Assistant to join our family‑owned group. This full‑time role is 36 hours per week, including every other weekend, based at our Worthing sites. You will provide high‑quality personal care, support independence and document residents’ interactions in our electronic system.

• Experience in the Healthcare sector is preferred; training provided.

Hours - Full Time - 36hrs per week - including every other weekend

As a Care Assistant you will be:

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
• Ensuring electronic residents' personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

• Ideally, you'll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
