Hartford Care is seeking dedicated Care Assistants for Tegfield House Care Home in Winchester. We offer full-time roles (36 hours) with flexible days and nights and full training.

You will provide high quality support, promote privacy, dignity and independence, and work as part of a caring team. DBS check required; all new staff receive ongoing development and support.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Flexible, hard-working and caring attitude, with ability to work in a dedicated team.
• Right to work in the UK.

We have full and part time roles available, both days and nights and offer great flexibility. If you need reduced hours or would prefer a contract of more than 40 hours, we can accommodate this. Please outline your preference on application.

As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times.

Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.

No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training, therefore if this is your first role in Care we will support you fully. We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
