Job summary

Springcare Care Homes Ltd is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Carers in our UK homes. You will help residents with daily tasks, support their well-being, and engage them in activities, while upholding dignity and respect in a compassionate environment.

We offer permanent full and part-time day or night contracts, with access to our pension scheme, early pay options, and dedicated career development through funded training (Level 2–5).

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

• Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:
• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift patterns for Night Contracts

• 8pm until 8am
