Job summary

Springcare Care Homes Ltd is seeking caring individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant. You will play a vital role in providing compassionate support to residents, promoting dignity and well-being every day.

Key duties include helping residents with washing and dressing, supporting meals, engaging in activities, and keeping rooms and communal areas tidy. Full or part-time day or night contracts are available with pension and training opportunities.

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Days Shift Contracts

• 8am until 8pm
• 8am until 2pm
• 2pm until 8pm

Night Shift Contracts

• 8pm until 8am
