Job summary

Agincare Group in Swindon is seeking a Care Assistant at our Lansdowne care home. No care experience is necessary as full training and a clear development path are provided.

You will deliver high-quality personal care, assist with daily living activities, support residents with medications, and help create a warm, dignified, resident-centered environment. Night and bank shifts available on a 36-hour, 2-week rota.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
