Job summary

Agincare Group is looking for caring individuals to join Lansdowne Hill Care Home as Care Assistants in Swindon. You don’t need previous care experience; full training is provided and you’ll help residents with daily activities while building a rewarding career in care.

Role includes night shifts for 36 hours per week and weekend rotation. Enjoy funded training up to QCF Level 5, refer-a-friend payouts, and pension with on-demand pay, with a focus on dignity and compassionate support.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Night Care Assistant to work 36 hours weekly (8pm–8am) including alternate weekends.
• Bank Care Assistant to cover day, night and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
• Assist with medication administration and recording.
• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies and social engagement.
• Promote residents’ dignity, independence and well-being.
• Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
