• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise at night
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, trustworthy and committed to high standards of care
• Willingness to learn and undertake training
• Flexible to work night shifts including weekends and bank holidays
• Own transport is required
